Highly recommend, first time user, best decision l made booking with Million Routes, with definitely be using them again, very professional, chauffeur driver was very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond expectations. The vehicle was of a high class grade and in immaculate condition, very comfortable an spacious. The journey was very smooth, and comfortable. Overall pleasant experience, 5 star rating from us.

I booked and paid 2 cars because we were a big group but you only sent 1 because you thought I made a mistake. If you think that a costumer made a mistake you should first send an email asking for clarification and then delate the booking for one car, especially because I already paid for both of them in advance so it was basically not providing me a service that I paid for

A confirmation email or text when vehicle was on route to collect me would have been an added reassurance.
