A private transfer is always a perfect start and an end to a holiday even if it's a little more expensive than a coach transfer (which delays and often makes the journey and the experience a challenge).
I received a really good service which was delivered at a reasonable cost and much of which would have cost nothing, had I declined a 'express' coach transfer.
Treat yourself. It's worth it - and especially if you're on a late flight home.

I booked and paid 2 cars because we were a big group but you only sent 1 because you thought I made a mistake. If you think that a costumer made a mistake you should first send an email asking for clarification and then delate the booking for one car, especially because I already paid for both of them in advance so it was basically not providing me a service that I paid for

It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am.
But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport.

The driver drove to wrong place when he was supposed to drive us back from El Golfo to Puerto del Carmen. I had to walk a few hundred meters to pick him up.

It's not a tourist area. Puerto del Rosario is the island's administrative capital, with little to offer cruise passengers looking for beach or nature. The nearest destination of tourist interest is Caleta de Fuste, about 10 km away (10 minutes). For Corralejo and the Dunes, count on about 40 km to the north.
Port calls in Puerto del Rosario are usually 8 to 10 hours. Since the capital doesn't hold much interest for visitors, it's essential to have transport organised to make the most of the day in beach or nature areas and return to the dock with margin.
Yes. Corralejo is about 40 km to the north (35-40 minutes). With a port call of 8 hours or more, you'll have time to visit the Dunes Natural Park, Corralejo town and the north coast before returning. It's the most requested destination from this port.
In the pick-up area outside the terminal, holding a sign with your name. We indicate the exact point in the confirmation email. The driver monitors the ship's arrival and adapts if there's any variation in docking time.
Yes. You indicate the morning pick-up time and the afternoon return time to the dock. The driver accompanies you or waits at an agreed point and brings you back to the port with enough margin to board.
If the cruise line changes the schedule during the port call, let us know as soon as you find out. We'll rearrange the return with the time needed. We recommend always keeping the driver's number to hand during the excursion.
Cofete, at the southern tip of the Jandía Peninsula, is about 100 km from the port (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes). It's only viable with long port calls of 10-12 hours. The final access is via a dirt track usually excluded by car rental insurance; with a private transfer you'll get there without issues. For an 8-hour port call, Costa Calma or Morro Jable are more realistic alternatives to the south.
