A private transfer is always a perfect start and an end to a holiday even if it's a little more expensive than a coach transfer (which delays and often makes the journey and the experience a challenge).
I received a really good service which was delivered at a reasonable cost and much of which would have cost nothing, had I declined a 'express' coach transfer.
Treat yourself. It's worth it - and especially if you're on a late flight home.

I booked and paid 2 cars because we were a big group but you only sent 1 because you thought I made a mistake. If you think that a costumer made a mistake you should first send an email asking for clarification and then delate the booking for one car, especially because I already paid for both of them in advance so it was basically not providing me a service that I paid for

It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am.
But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport.
Overall though I would use again.

The driver drove to wrong place when he was supposed to drive us back from El Golfo to Puerto del Carmen. I had to walk a few hundred meters to pick him up.

Some of the vehicles dose not live up to the price rate.

Yes. FNC is famous for its runway built on pylons over the sea, necessary to expand it at the time. Pilots receive specific training to operate in Madeira and the airport operates normally. The approach can be striking for passengers, especially with wind, but it's completely safe.
Yes. The Aerobus connects the airport with Funchal city centre in about 30 minutes for €6.50. It operates approximately from 8:30 to 22:00. It's a valid option for daytime arrival with light luggage, but doesn't cover night arrivals or drop-off at the hotel door.
Aerobus doesn't operate at night. Bolt has very limited availability at the airport and barely works outside Funchal. Taxis exist but without fixed price. Million Routes private transfer is the only guaranteed option for night arrivals: the driver is at arrivals with your name at your flight time, no surcharge for time.
In the terminal arrivals area, with a sign with your name. FNC has a compact terminal with direct exit to the pickup area. The driver monitors your flight in real time and adapts if there's delay or wait at baggage claim.
About 20 km, approximately 20-25 minutes on the Via Rápida (VR1). Funchal is not next to the airport: the airport is in Santa Cruz municipality, to the east. If your accommodation is in Caniço or Santa Cruz, the journey is much shorter, between 5 and 10 minutes.

Yes. After booking you'll receive a digital voucher with all details: pickup time, driver name and contact number. No need to print it. The driver will recognize you by the sign with your name in the arrivals area.
Madeira has only one international airport (FNC). There are no frequent diversions like on other islands. In very adverse weather conditions some flights may return to the origin airport, but there's no alternative airport on the island. If the flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, the driver is notified and the service is reorganized at no extra cost.
