The Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport Terminal 4 is the most modern and busiest terminal at the airport, primarily operated by Iberia, Vueling, and British Airways. It includes a satellite (T4S) connected by a free underground train. It is located about 18 kilometers from the center of Madrid via the M-11 or M-13 motorway.
The Million Routes driver waits at T4 arrivals with automatic flight tracking and a fixed price from booking, tolls included. If the passenger arrives from T4S, the internal train takes 8 minutes to T4.

A private transfer is always a perfect start and an end to a holiday even if it's a little more expensive than a coach transfer (which delays and often makes the journey and the experience a challenge).
I received a really good service which was delivered at a reasonable cost and much of which would have cost nothing, had I declined a 'express' coach transfer.
Treat yourself. It's worth it - and especially if you're on a late flight home.

I booked and paid 2 cars because we were a big group but you only sent 1 because you thought I made a mistake. If you think that a costumer made a mistake you should first send an email asking for clarification and then delate the booking for one car, especially because I already paid for both of them in advance so it was basically not providing me a service that I paid for

It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am.
But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport.
Overall though I would use again.

The driver drove to wrong place when he was supposed to drive us back from El Golfo to Puerto del Carmen. I had to walk a few hundred meters to pick him up.

i dont understand, I have booked a Round trip · Sedan · 2 passengers, but it was a mini bus who pick us up in the ariport.
Some of the vehicles dose not live up to the price rate.

Yes, this is common for connecting passengers, especially if the next flight is with Iberia or another oneworld airline, which usually operate from T4. We pick you up at Arrivals and take you directly to T4.
It depends on the airline and specific flight. Check your boarding pass or let us know the airline when booking and we'll confirm whether your destination is the main building (T4) or the satellite (T4S).
Between 10 and 20 minutes by private vehicle, depending on internal airport traffic and whether the destination is T4 or T4 Satélite.
The automated train is free and fast, but if you're coming from another terminal (T1, T2 or T3) with bulky luggage or have little time between flights, a private door-to-door transfer can be more comfortable and direct.
We monitor your arriving flight in real time and calculate the transfer with the necessary margin. We recommend at least 2 hours between flights for domestic connections and 3 for international ones.
