I received a really good service which was delivered at a reasonable cost and much of which would have cost nothing, had I declined a 'express' coach transfer.
Treat yourself. It's worth it - and especially if you're on a late flight home.

I booked and paid 2 cars because we were a big group but you only sent 1 because you thought I made a mistake. If you think that a costumer made a mistake you should first send an email asking for clarification and then delate the booking for one car, especially because I already paid for both of them in advance so it was basically not providing me a service that I paid for

It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am.
But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport.
Overall though I would use again.

The driver drove to wrong place when he was supposed to drive us back from El Golfo to Puerto del Carmen. I had to walk a few hundred meters to pick him up.

PMI has a single terminal with 19 baggage claim belts on ground floor, two of them for special luggage (surfboards, bicycles, etc.). All flights, domestic and international, operate from this terminal.
If you're coming from Schengen countries (EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein), you only need a valid ID or passport. If coming from outside Schengen (UK, USA, etc.), you'll go through passport and immigration control. Customs only acts if you declare or there's suspicion. Our driver knows these times well and adjusts waiting time accordingly.
Flights from the Schengen area usually take 15-20 minutes if there's no congestion. Flights from outside Schengen can take 30-45 minutes. In peak season (July-August), allow 1 hour total from landing until you leave Arrivals. Our flight tracking system notifies us of delays automatically.
Public bus (line A1, €5, ~30 mins to centre); official taxi (€20-30 to centre, higher fares to other areas); car rental (complete freedom, multiple companies at terminal); private transfer Million Routes (fixed price, guaranteed driver, 24/7, flight tracking, no surprises). For families or groups of 4+, private transfer is comparable to taxi but door-to-door.
Taxi has metered rate: no fixed price, more expensive during nights and peak season. Private transfer with Million Routes has fixed price before booking, driver waiting with sign, real-time flight tracking and 24/7 availability. For groups of 4 or more, private transfer is equal or more economical than taxi, with much more control.
