A private transfer is always a perfect start and an end to a holiday even if it's a little more expensive than a coach transfer (which delays and often makes the journey and the experience a challenge).
I received a really good service which was delivered at a reasonable cost and much of which would have cost nothing, had I declined a 'express' coach transfer.
Treat yourself. It's worth it - and especially if you're on a late flight home.

I booked and paid 2 cars because we were a big group but you only sent 1 because you thought I made a mistake. If you think that a costumer made a mistake you should first send an email asking for clarification and then delate the booking for one car, especially because I already paid for both of them in advance so it was basically not providing me a service that I paid for

It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am.
But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

The child chairs both ways looked very old and was a bit small to our oldest child. The childchairs was only attached with the carbelt and not isofix, and they were unfortunatley front faced. Other than that, the service and the drivers was very helpfull and friendly.

I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport.
Overall though I would use again.

The driver drove to wrong place when he was supposed to drive us back from El Golfo to Puerto del Carmen. I had to walk a few hundred meters to pick him up.

Some of the vehicles dose not live up to the price rate.

TFN is the correct choice if your destination is Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, Santa Cruz de Tenerife or any area in the north of the island. From TFN, Puerto de la Cruz is 30 km (about 35-40 mins). From TFS, that same destination exceeds 80 km and an hour and a half of transfer.
TFN operates mainly inter-island flights (Binter Canarias, Iberia) and some international flights, although in much lower volume than TFS. Most charter flights from northern Europe land at TFS. If you're coming from the UK, Germany or Scandinavia, your flight is likely to TFS.
Yes. TFN is in a valley between two mountain ranges, which frequently generates low fog. In those cases flights can suffer delays or be temporarily diverted to TFS. If this happens, the driver adapts the pickup point. We notify you of any changes before you reach the terminal.
This is a situation that occurs with travelers connecting inter-island flights. TFN to Los Cristianos is over 80 km, approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. There's no direct bus between the two airports. Private transfer is the most comfortable solution; calculate the price when booking with both addresses.
Yes. TITSA line 30 connects TFN with Puerto de la Cruz in about 40 minutes for €4.75, with stops in several municipalities in La Orotava Valley (Tacoronte, El Sauzal, La Matanza). There's also line 104, with an alternative route. Private transfer makes the direct journey without intermediate stops.
TITSA line 30 does not operate at night. Taxis at TFN at that time are scarce. If your flight lands late, especially on inter-island flights with night connection, private transfer is practically the only guaranteed option to get to the hotel without waiting.
