A private transfer is always a perfect start and an end to a holiday even if it's a little more expensive than a coach transfer (which delays and often makes the journey and the experience a challenge).
I received a really good service which was delivered at a reasonable cost and much of which would have cost nothing, had I declined a 'express' coach transfer.
Treat yourself. It's worth it - and especially if you're on a late flight home.

I booked and paid 2 cars because we were a big group but you only sent 1 because you thought I made a mistake. If you think that a costumer made a mistake you should first send an email asking for clarification and then delate the booking for one car, especially because I already paid for both of them in advance so it was basically not providing me a service that I paid for

It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am.
But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

The child chairs both ways looked very old and was a bit small to our oldest child. The childchairs was only attached with the carbelt and not isofix, and they were unfortunatley front faced. Other than that, the service and the drivers was very helpfull and friendly.

I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport.
Overall though I would use again.

The driver drove to wrong place when he was supposed to drive us back from El Golfo to Puerto del Carmen. I had to walk a few hundred meters to pick him up.

i dont understand, I have booked a Round trip · Sedan · 2 passengers, but it was a mini bus who pick us up in the ariport.
Some of the vehicles dose not live up to the price rate.

Not necessarily. TFS serves the south of the island (Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje). If your hotel is in Puerto de la Cruz or in the north, Tenerife North Airport (TFN) is 30 km away compared to over 80 km from TFS. If you already have a flight to TFS with a hotel in the north, private transfer is the most direct option, although it's a long journey.
Yes. TITSA line 40 connects TFS with Los Cristianos (~20 mins, €3.20) and Costa Adeje (~30-35 mins, €3.70) with frequent departures during the day. Line 711 operates at night. The bus is economical, but luggage travels in the lower compartment and there's not always space available in peak season. If you prefer door-to-door transfer with fixed price, private transfer avoids waits and changes.
Yes. TFS regularly receives charter flights from northern Europe in the late hours. Million Routes service has no night surcharge: the driver is at arrivals when you exit, whatever time it is.
In the arrivals area of the terminal, just at the exit of baggage control, with a sign with your name. TFS has two arrivals floors; we indicate in the confirmation email the exact meeting point depending on your flight.
Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos account for most transfers from TFS due to their wide hotel offering. Movements to Golf del Sur, El Médano, Costa del Silencio and Puerto de la Cruz are also common. With Million Routes you can book transfer to any point on the island with a fixed price.
